The Sacramento Police Officers Association (SPOA) has been serving the interests of law enforcement since 1969. We have a long tradition of strongly advocating for our membership and of recognizing the needs in our community.

The SPOAโ€™s membership consists of active, reserve and retired police officers, sergeants, dispatchers, park rangers and community service officers. We are the bargaining unit recognized by the City of Sacramento for these classifications and our eleven-member elected Board of Directors make up the governing body of the organization.

I look forward to a continued great relationship with the citizens of Sacramento and with leadership within the police department and at City Hall.
